This vintage 1940s linen and hemp grain sack material, located at Byron Warehouse, is sold by the meter with a width of 56 cm. It's an old - style grain sack fabric that has never been used. Due to its age, it might have some marks, but according to our dealer, washing it at 40C and ironing it while a bit wet can remove these marks. The fabric features a twill weave, adding a unique texture. We're selling it in an old - new condition, perfect for various craft projects.
How to use: This linen and hemp grain sack material is very versatile. You can use it for making bags, tablecloths, or wall hangings. Just cut it to the size you need and start your project. Attention: As it's an old material, be gentle when handling it to avoid tearing. Maintenance advice: If there are marks on the fabric, you can wash it at 40C. Iron it while it's still a bit wet, and the marks should come out. But remember, we've never tried this ourselves, so test a small area first. Store it in a dry place to keep it in good condition.
