This old linen grain sack material, measuring 49 cm in width, is sold by the meter. It's brand - new and has never been used. Due to its age, it might have some marks. It's made of twill - weaved hemp. According to our dealer, it can be washed at 40C and ironed when a bit wet to remove the marks. We sell it in its original old - new condition without trying the cleaning method.
To use this vintage grain sack material, first measure out the length you need as it's sold by the meter. You can use it for various DIY projects like making bags, table runners, or wall hangings. When it comes to maintenance, if you see some age - related marks, you can try washing it at 40C. Then, while it's still a bit damp, iron it. This should get rid of the marks. But keep in mind, we've never tried this ourselves as we're selling it in its original old - new state. Don't use extremely high temperatures when ironing to avoid damaging the material.
